Style (CSL) Request: Journal of Molecular Diagnostics

Hi,

I've tried to put together a CSL for the Journal of Molecular Diagnostics, but I can't get it to work perfectly.

How do I get the editor to list less than or equal to 35 authors before cutting off with et al.?

How do I get the editor to tack on editors and page numbers for books per the below example?

Books: Funkhouser WK: Pathology: The Clinical Description of Human Disease. Edited by Coleman WB and Tsongalis GJ. Burlington, MA, Academic Press, 2010, pp. 137-142

    cool -- and could you describe the et-al rules? Are they the same for authors and editors? How many editors/authors are listed before et al when an article has >35

    The et al rule for authors is when there are >35 authors, then you can list 35 followed by et al. There are no specific rules for editors given by the journal, but generally there aren't that many editors, so I would like to list all of the editors (Last Name, Initial) with an ", and" preceding the last editor if there are 3+. If there are two editors, then it can just be "Last Name, Initial1 and Last Name, Initial2". Let me know if I didn't write this out clearly and I can give an example.
