Style Request: Springer VS - Chicago Manual of Style (author-date, German)

In terms of naming the "baby" if added to the repository, I suggest: I think KZfSS, Springer Humanities and even CMoS could possibly benefit from the improvement implemented in this child style. However, I leave this to our CSL developers to decide.
I've copied LiborA's code into the Pull Request. I'll let Adam and Rintze decide on the naming of it.
