Style Request: Springer VS - Chicago Manual of Style (author-date, German)

  • On the basis of my reference list, the CSL linked by @LiborA is a perfect match now with the Springer VS requirements. Thanks a lot to @damnation and @LiborA!

In terms of naming the "baby" if added to the repository, I suggest:
Springer VS - Chicago Manual of Style (author-date, German)
I think KZfSS, Springer Humanities and even CMoS could possibly benefit from the improvement implemented in this child style. However, I leave this to our CSL developers to decide.
  • ok. Great to hear.
I've copied LiborA's code into the Pull Request. I'll let Adam and Rintze decide on the naming of it.
  • thank you; this is a very useful explanation
