Upgrade StorageLiteratur bibliography lost
Hello,
I really need your help because I am having a big problem. Writing my thesis (in word), almost finished, it suddenly happend that I lost the literature index at the end of the word document. The linked numbers in the text are still there, but there is no more index at the and of the document.
I tried to open the file in a new word document, but it didn´t work out. I also tried the refresh zotero, reset document references, or just to add new citations, but somehow the literature index doesnt show up again.
I get an error message from zotero that my document can not be synchronized or be updated.
I would be very grateful for any help, because I am very close to deadline.

in particular, showing field codes may help you identify a broken remnant of the old bibliography, which you should then delete (after which I'd expect re-inserting to work). If that doesn't work, you'll have to run through the whole exercise of splitting the document in parts to find the problem.
I really don´t know how this happend, but it showed up again. I got an word error, which told me to send the problem to apple support and then restart. I did. Then I tried the "add bibliography" button again, and it worked out!
