[Bug] Springer Link translator – Place in the Publisher field

Recently, when I import from Springer Link via the translator the actual place is placed in the publisher field looking like:
Publisher: Springer VS, Wiesbaden
Instead of:
Place: Wiesbaden
Publisher: Springer VS
Here is an example link:
https://link.springer.com/chapter/10.1007/978-3-658-10888-5_8

    It's their issue: <meta name="citation_publisher" content="Springer VS, Wiesbaden"/>. I think we had some contact with a developer there -- let's see if we can get a hold of them to see if they'd be willing to fix it. Otherwise we can repair the metadata pretty reliably, but always better to have this fixed at the source.
