Upgrade StorageConference name in COinS export
I have a lot of records of conference papers, where the Proceeding title field is empty and Conference name field contain real name of the conference. In this case, the coins export does not contain rtf.btitle item. And because conference name is not part of COinS then the export is not full.
Can be added to the export script/routine code that checks the value in the proceeding title and if it is empty then use conference name value for rtf.btitle?
