error: zotero doesn't work. Line 60 and Line 1056

I can't insert a citation, what's wrong?

    Do you have Zotero Standalone installed and running? This is error information for the chrome connector, which plays no role in doc integration. You might want to submit a Report ID from Standalone

    Yes Zotero is installed and running. When I try to insert a citation a message appears:ZOT4361.tmp is used by "another utent". What can I do?

    Ok, this is a Word, not Zotero issue. You may have opened the file twice in Word (or another user on your system has it open). Either way you should close all instances of Word (perhaps restart the computer) and reopen the file.

    I tried but it didn't work. I have got the same problem with all Word files on my computer. Every time I try to insert a citation the name of the problem changes (ZOTDDCD.tmp, ZOT5B2C.tmp...).
    I tried to uninstall zotero on pc and to cancell my account. I reinstalled Zotero but the problem still there is.
