Administrator Check Sync Account

Can I get an admin to check my account? I'm having trouble syncing since moving to a new Mac. I'm syncing zotero in Firefox with my account. It reports, "Getting updated data from sync server. Last Sync: 27 days ago." It just keeps spinning in my browser. I'm running 4.0.29.19.

    While waiting for an admin to check your account, consider this. If you have a large library and many attachments the first sync on a new machine can require a l-o-n-g time to complete. It can take well more than an hour or two. Syncing is better with Zotero 5 which will be available soon.

    Thank you. It's been syncing for 7.5 hours. My internet connection is super fast so I know that's not the problem. Thanks. Looking forward to 5.0.
