Upgrade Storage[5.0 Beta] Paper Machines - will it work with standalone and examples

I have never used Paper Machines and was wondering if this add-on will work with 5.0 Standalone and what might be good uses/examples?

adamsmithI'd be shocked if it worked with Z5.0 and it's no longer maintained (it was hard enough to get it to work in 4.0 of late given that it required an ancient Java version). @sdspieg has been exploring alternatives and could chime in on that.

sgalliniAny news about either an updated version of PaperMachines (that was great!) or an alternative plugin to perform similar functions of data analysis with Zotero collections? Any suggestion?
