    The "et" can be achieved by switching the language of the citation style. I think you should use "and" for your search.

    That's just APA (no issue number, no DOI) style in French. You can install the standard version of APA (no issue number, no DOI) and then set your Zotero or Word document locale to French. There are also several French-specific versions of the APA style in the Zotero Style Repository.
