Identify missing in text citations

I have 100 references in my library in the Zotero software. However, when I check my bibliography in word 2016 it only has 98 references. This means that I have missed citing 2 references in the text. How can I identify these 2 references that have not been used?

There is no automated way, but you could switch to a style that sorts alphabetically in Word (e.g., APA), then sort your references by Author in Zotero and quickly compare the two lists to find the missing references.
