LibreOffice Plugin Unresponsive

I click the "Add citation" button, and nothing is happening. I have installed Zotero Standalone, and the most recent version of the extension. Still nothing happening. It won't allow me to reinstall either. What can I do?

    If you are getting an installation error make sure you have JRE installed and selected in libreoffice as described here

    Yep. JRE is installed and I'm still getting an error.

    What error are you getting? If you have 32-bit LibreOffice then you need 32-bit JRE and vice-versa for 64-bit.

    Generally on Windows 32-bit software is under C:\Program Files (x86) and 64-bit is under C:\Program Files.

    You can also look it up in the software about page, which is found under Help menus.

    Hey! Thank you for the previous info! I have a similar problem. I have just installed Libre Office 6.0.4.2 (x64) and latest JRE 64 bit. However, the plugin is still not working. Could it have something to do with the fact that Zotero is 32 bit (In the C:\Program Files (x86) ) ?
