    I have inserted the references in word file. Now i would like the change the reference style. It is showing error. When I reinstall the software now, citation link in word file has been disappeared. Please help mew in this regard. I will be highly obliged for that.

    If you cannot see Zotero toolbar in Word go to Zotero Preferences -> Cite -> Word Processors and click the Install/Reinstall button.

    Copy the error message you get from Zotero exactly as you see it when trying to change the reference style. It is very likely that your document field codes got corrupted for some reason, in which case you will have to attempt fixing your document manually, by following the tips outlined here https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#debugging_broken_documents

    Make sure you make backup copies of your existing document.
