Can't sync

  • This is unrelated to the outage from the other day, which has long since been resolved.

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that produces an error?
  • Hi, previously I got the error as reported above. I then restarted Zotero standalone and it briefly flashed an error icon and then started to sync endlessly. When I checked, my latest file added had been uploaded to the library at zotero.org.

    I then restarted to get the debug output D1474126708.

    (I got the same issue on Zotero on firefox)

  • You have a large queued download. Just let it finish — if you close Zotero and reopen the same thing will just happen again.

    The upcoming Zotero 5.0 should be much better at avoiding issues like this.
