Bibliography construction/DOI/Access Error

Good morning Everyone,
I am a novice on Zotero's utilisation and I have a problem with shaped of my bibliography. Actually "Doi" and "Accessed date" doesn't appear on my bibliography even if I change Style. I dont understand why knowing that all of documents added in my bibliography have a DOI number and a date of Accessed. I would like that appear on my bibliography. May be I forget to check something.

If someone know why it doesn't work and the way to fix it, you can help me with the approach to do ( with a lot of details)
I will be very grateful.
  • which citation style(s) are you using? This is handled differently in different styles. For the most part, you wouldn't print an access date when you have a DOI, for example.
  • I use "Elsevier Harvard".
  • Elsevier Harvard should show you the DOI at least. You can see it is happening here in the preview: https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:elsevier-harvard

Can you double check your library entries in Zotero if there is actually a DOI available?
  • I have checked, all DOI number are added.
On zotero window, I can see it in the Style editor, but it doesn't appear on my word when I add bibliography.

    Thanks
  • Can you try a fresh document? Might be that something is corrupted.

also, could you paste a sample citation as you see it in your Word document here?
  • Thank you everyone, it's working in a new "word".
May be I made a mistake on this one. The citation appear well in the new document, but stil wrong on the oldest one, Even if I refresh it.

Thank you for your help and patience !
