Having the same issue (I think). ID 2141333508
However: I get that "Conflict resolution" pop up in between. If I choose the local file, here is no issue. If I choose the Remote file, My Zotero can't find the attachment any more.

Can you provide a
Debug ID
(different from a Report ID) for this?

Can't reproduce this now. The conflict dialogue doesn't even pop up any more.

Upload image file with the file dialog or by dragging and dropping images onto the dashed region
Select a file
Close
