    That's a secondary email address on the account, which can't currently be used to log in. The username is noted in the password reset email. You should be able to use that to log in.

    You can update your primary email address after you log in under Settings > Account.

    when you reinstall the zotero, you can't sign in with your account or email and password, and it shows "Invalid credentials provided".
    i have solved this prolem like this: type your email address in the login box, and choose "forget password", then you will receive a email for reset password, click the link in the email and reset your password for zotero, then you can login in with the new password, and revive all your previous data.
