How to access files after folder name has changed

I've been storing all my attachments on Dropbox and using Zotfile to connect them to Zotero items, but one of my Dropbox folder names has changed and I can't access the attachments anymore through Zotero. I've changed the folders in Zotfile's preferences and Zotero's linked attachment base directory so that they show the right folder name, but this did not help. Is there a way to change all the attachment links together? I have ~1000 papers, so changing the links one by one would not be feasible.
