Style Request: [Current Pharmaceutical Design]

Please help create a style for Current Pharmaceutical Design! Its publisher is Bentham Science. I was trying to edit it myself, but it was too complicated for me!

Here are the examples the guideline told me to provide:

[1] Campbell JL, Pedersen OK. The varieties of capitalism and hybrid success. Comp Polit Stud 2007; 40(3): 307–32.

[2] Mares I. Firms and the welfare state: When, why, and how does social policy matter to employers?. In: Hall PA, Soskice D, Eds. Varieties of capitalism. The institutional foundations of comparative advantage. New York: Oxford University Press 2001; pp. 184-213.

(Although it is not shown from the above two examples, when the number of authors is more than 3, italic et al. is added after the first 3 authors)

And other information:

ISSN:
1381-6128 (Print)
1873-4286 (Electronic)
1381-6128 (Linking)

Online style documentation:

Example articles:
I did not know how to obtain the pdf article web address, so here is a link where you can download one of the free articles.

And here is the address for open access article page.

If you could spare your time to help create this style, it would be highly appreciative!! Thank you!
