Hindawi translator author parsing mistakes

Using the Save to Zotero (Hindawi Publishers) button in my browser (Chrome) from:

https://www.hindawi.com/journals/bmri/2016/6596040/

yields what should be this list of authors:

Sofía Ruiz de Gauna, Digna M. González-Otero, Jesus Ruiz, J. J. Gutiérrez, and James K. Russell

as:

Ruiz de Gauna, Sof&#xed
a
Gonz&#xe1
lez-Otero, Digna M.
Ruiz, Jesus
Guti&#xe9
Rrez, J. J.
Russell, James K.

in the Journal Article entry produced in Zotero. Repeatable.
  • That's there bug and I'd rather not try to "fix" this at our end, so if you could report it to Hindawi support? Specifically, for accented characters in the metatags on the website, they
a)unnecessarily use HTML code rather than just the utf-8 character (though that alone would be fine with Zotero) and then
    b) escape the ampersand so it no longer actually marks the beginning of the HTML special character, so we're looking at <meta name="citation_authors" content="Ruiz de Gauna, Sof&amp;#xed;a; Gonz&amp;#xe1;lez-Otero, Digna M.; Ruiz, Jesus; Guti&amp;#xe9;rrez, J. J.; Russell, James K."/>
