Upgrade StorageTransferring Library from One Computer to Another

I could not find an answer to my question, so I am starting a new thread; apologies if I am reposting.
I am using Juris-M, because of its multi-lingual (Chinese and Japanese) function, and I want to transfer my library from one (dying) computer to a new machine. I had hoped that I could just sync the library on my computer to my Zotero account, but that does not seem to be possible; at least, I could not find a sync or upload function. So I tried to export the library (over 400 items) in order to import it to the new machine. However, there was a problem with the export, in that I received an error message ("An error occurred while trying to export the selected file") and nothing went through. Any suggestions on how to transfer my library would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Syncing should work as well, although with over 400 items you might need to purchase a Storage plan. See here for more info https://www.zotero.org/support/sync
