[5.0 Beta] Issue: Syncing altered attachment never resolves

I altered a PDF on Zotero 5.0 standalone. When I sync to the server I get a query about whether to use the local or server copy. I choose the local file.

Next time I sync with the server, the question is repeated. No amount of selecting the local file will result in the sync conflict resolving; I am asked anew every time.

This error was occurring very frequently, and the modal dialog box was impairing my workflow, so I exported the modified PDF, deleted the Zotero copy then re-attached the modified version to the article. This solved the problem.
