    I mistakenly deleted all my files from my library and failed to restore. Another problem is when I order to save file (PDF or web page) in to zotero, the firefox browser get busy and take much time to do that, some times fire fox is not responding message displayed. My lap top is Lenovo windows 10. Lastliy How can I free upgrade storage more than 300 Mb?

    I have faced the following problems when using zotero:
    1. Firefox version I installed is version 49.0b3 & updated to version 50.0(x86en-US).
    2. I have deleted all my files from my zotero library by mistake. I need the files & wanted to recover them to my library, but I could not do that. How can I recover deleted files in to my library?
    3. My lap top is Lenovo, Windows 10 (64 bit), I'm using microsoft office word 2013

    How did you delete your files? If you did a Firefox reset, see Restore After Firefox Reset. If some other way, we'll need more info on what exactly you did.
