Hi,

I got problem to synchronise my local zotero with the chrome zotero.

I don't know how to provide steps to reproduce the problem, because it happened suddenly, from one day to the next.

Now each time I try to synchronise, I got a red flag on the left of the synchronisation button saying that there is a problem with the server connection, and to check my internet connection. (the connection is perfect, I'm at work).

In the zotero chrome extension I can see the same error occur :

[JavaScript Error: "getTranslators: detection is already running" {file: "chrome-extension://ekhagklcjbdpajgpjgmbionohlpdbjgc/zotero/translation/translate.js" line: 1056}]

    The error you are getting in google chrome is unrelated and harmless. The problem is to do with Zotero Standalone.

    This could be related to your work internet security or proxy settings or security software. Try syncing with security software disabled and/or connected to a different network (if possible) to see if the problem persists.

    If that doesn't work, provide us with a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) and we can take a look.
