No confirmation mail received


A colleague of mine registered for a new account, yet hasn't received a confirmation message, nor any other messages (group invite, password reset). Username in case = zgrosa.

I tried creating a new account for them, but cannot add this address. Also, the profile page is active. All spam folders have been checked and their IT staff has checked for any firewall issues.

  • I've sent an email to that address manually from a monitored email address to see if it bounces.
