Style Request: Estudios de Cultura Maya
Hi,
could you help me with a style, please? I did not find it in the forum nor in the CSL style editor.
The journal “Estudios de Cultura Maya” basically requires the Harvard author-date system within the text: (Campbell & Pedersen, 2007: 308-310) with phrases like “op. cit.” or “ibid”.
For the final bibliography: All articles should conclude with an alphabetically arranged bibliography, e.g.:
Campbell, John L. y Pedersen, Ove K.
2007 "The varieties of capitalism and hybrid success", Comparative Political Studies, XL(3): 307–332.
The name of the revue got to be in italic
Mares, Isabela
2001 "Firms and the welfare state: When, why, and how does social policy matter to employers?", Varieties of capitalism. The institutional foundations of comparative advantage, 184–213, Piere Hall y Diana Soskice (Eds.). New York, Oxford University Press.
The name of the book got to be in italic
ISSN: 2448-5179
Author guidelines: https://revistas-filologicas.unam.mx/estudios-cultura-maya/index.php/ecm/about/submissions#authorGuidelines
Sample article: https://revistas-filologicas.unam.mx/estudios-cultura-maya/index.php/ecm/article/view/741/838
(It is open access, so you might choose any other article as well)
Thank you for your attention!

I might be able to help. This would be my first attempt at creating a CSL, but I speak spanish and it seems easy enough to make a fork of the harvard style and add on your specifications.
If anyone else wants to help, I'd be happy to pair-code.

I'll do a thorough code review.
I just had a go at the style.
Funky style.
You'll be able to find it on the repository here by the time you see this: https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:estudios-de-cultura-maya
