I have been trying to sync Standalone all day after I added a few files (mp3, jpg and word) yesterday. The syncing runs very slow and did not complete overnight so I restarted. The files are still not syncing.

dstillmanThis is usually due to security software on your system or a proxy server interfering with the sync. Try temporarily disabling any that you have installed and syncing again.

MiamhobbsThis hasn't worked. It's a new computer but an old database, and the library was syncing fine up until yesterday (had no problems syncing the whole library last week).

MiamhobbsThe sync finally completed (6 hours for 15 files, less than 1KB) and I received another error message: 2041245393.

dstillmanReally just the same answer as above. Something seems to be interfering with your file sync requests. I can look at a Debug ID for a sync attempt to see if there's any more info in it, but it's unlikely there'll be anything we can do on our end here.
