Problem syncing

Dear Forum,

My Zotero library is not huge, only 808 items, but for awhile now I am not able to sync. Gives me error no. 191783390 and the following stuff:

    Your database is corrupted. You can try the DB Repair Tool.

    Thank you, Dan. I tried to follow the instructions from the DB Repair Tool but to no avail. When I restarted Zotero a message pop up saying that my DB is corrupted. I can't export my library either as it crashes Zotero. Any thoughts?

    Okay, I seem to have repaired the database, restarted it without the pop up. but now as I try to sync, i get Report ID 229922403 and this:

    Your database somehow ended up in a very odd state. Paste AGXAD5WC into the Zotero search bar in All Fields & Tags mode. You should see an attachment item. Delete that item and empty the trash, and then try syncing again.

    Done. Deleted one attachment. Still can't sync...

    Doesn't look like you fully deleted that item. Make sure you've emptied the trash.

    Dan, I followed the instructions precisely and emptied the trash. Restarted Zotero. Now the search for AGXAD5WC yields nothing, and yet I get this:

    Sorry, but that item still exists in your library, in the trash (the 'deleted="1"' above). To be clear, this is the Zotero trash, in the left pane of Zotero.

    It's a child item of EIXWHGEF (which may or may not be in the trash).
