Citations no longer Zotero format after using word online
Hello, relative newcomer to Zotero so hoping this is an easyish thing to solve. I've got a large document that I've been writing on Openoffice with 90 or so Zotero citations. Yesterday I did some work on it directly from my dropbox, using what I think was the Word chrome plug-in, and I converted it to PDF to send to someone. Somewhere along the line, my citations stopped being recognised as zotero, and appear as plain text. I've tried refreshing or setting document preferences but they just appear as if I manually put them in there.
Any help much appreciated!

As an immediate fix, you should be able to find an unmodified version of the document that still works using Dropbox's version history.
As a longterm solution, either don't use Word or switch to "Bookmarks" under "Set Document Preferences", which is compatible with both Word and OpenOffice. Do test this out, though -- I'm not 100% sure it'll work with Word's online version. Also, bookmarks don't work in footnotes.
