Finding items not in any collection

I am trying to find all the items that are not in any collection, but I could not find any documentation on this. Is it possible? thanks

    Yes, it's possible. There are basically two options, the easy way and the hard way. For both of them you click on the search icon and then do a search for "collection" -> "is not" -> "[collection name]".

    So the hard way is to do this for every collection which is tedious and you need to adjust your search each time you add a new collection. So what I've found convenient is to make a top level collection folder and put every other collection in as a folder of this first one. Then you can do "collection" -> "is not" ->"[top level collection name]" and check the "search subfolders" option.
