Upgrade StorageRevision markup hidden after add/edit citation
I'm observing the following with Zotero Word for Windows Integration 3.5.2 with Zotero 4.0.28.7 and MS Office Professional Plus 2010. I think this issue started happening when add & edit citation were merged into a single macro/button.
After running Add/Edit Citation, comments and revision markup in Word are hidden, and I have to go to the Review tab to change from "Final" back to "Final: Show Markup" in order to again let me see comments etc. that I may have been responding to when adding the citation.
The expected behavior is that the selection of the four options in that dropdown ("Original," "Original: Show Markup," "Final," and "Final: Show Markup") would not be affected by adding or editing a citation.
This seems to be the opposite of the problem described at https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/23673/word-plugin-shifts-to-final-show-markup-even-if-track-changes-disabled/ but both cases cause a change where no change is expected (just in opposite directions).
