Report ID:1678193299--IMDB having site translator issues

Report ID:1678193299

When I go to the following link, http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0021622/ and press on the Zotero import icon in my safari browser (or firefox for that matter) I get the following error message, "An error occurred while saving this item. Check Known Translator Issues for more information."

Steps to reproduce.

1. Open Zotero standalone application on your computer.
2. Open safari web browser
3. go to http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0021622/
4. Press Zotero import icon in Safari toolbar.

Zotero produces an error message from the bottom right hand corner of my computer screen that reads "An error occurred while saving this item. Check Known Translator Issues for more information." It appears like a notification rather than taking me to another webpage for example.

    a URL not working: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0407384/

apt-get reports all software installed on my system is up to date, adn Google Chrome doesn't seem to find any extension updates.
  • Works for me - I'm guessing the API was down, so try again. If this is still not working for you, we'll have to dig deeper.
  • Looks like it's working again! -- thanks for the quick attention, and thanks for a great piece of software. (=
