When pasting a text into the abstract field Zotero crashed. The content of the previously filled fields in the same biblio entry was inly partly saved.

    It likely wasn't actually the pasting — more likely that it happened earlier, which is why the other stuff didn't save. (I'd actually be surprised if the other fields were closing normally rather than staying open, though.)

    Anyhow, check your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences to see if it passes.

    I checked the data base integrity, and it remains ok.

    Can you reproduce this? If it only happened once, I wouldn't worry about it. If it happens again, let us know.
