Zotero stopped working

In the midst of synchronizing zotero stopped working - none of my files are showing and synchronization is stuck in a loop.

    You're getting an out of memory error related to full-text content syncing.

    I wouldn't expect this to happen unless you had an extremely large file in your library. Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for this?

    Does this happen if you try syncing immediately after restarting your computer? Are you low on disk space?
  • It wasn't a single file but I was dragging over a large quantity of pdfs all at once. What do I need to do to get this resolved?

    Zotero auto syncs after restart and it does the same thing. I have plenty of disk space.

  • How much RAM do you have in this computer? And to clarify, this happens after restart with no other programs open?

    As a temporary workaround, you can disable full-text content syncing in the Sync pane of the Zotero preferences, but we'll want to figure out why this is happening so that you can leave that enabled.
  • Could you also provide another Debug ID for this? It'd be good to see if this is happening in the same place every time.
