cant sync at all

i have no idea why - but have asked it to sync and it isnt

    We'd need more info: both a description of what exactly is(n't) happening and an error report ID right after that:

    but on my new computer i cannot get access to anything from the old computer

    i just went back and on the old computer did the reset the zotero server from the computer thing and then tried again to access the data from the new computer but nothing is there

    ok now mostly things work, but while some of the PDfs work several say this: File not Found
    The attached file could not be found.

    It may have been moved or deleted outside of Zotero

    any sense of what is happening? thanks
