Browzine web doesn't play with Zotero

Hi. The Browzine iPad app nicely adds citations to my Zotero (unfiled folder). But Browzine has created a web-based app for use on desktop computers, and here Zotero doesn't seem to "see" citations at all. Is this forum how I go about requesting that a translator be created?

Should I also be contacting the folks at Browzine? What do they need to do to become Zotero-compliant?

Many thanks. This is the first time I've encountered this situation so I hope I've come to the right place.
  • since they implemented this in the mobile app, it would only make sense for them to also add this to the web app -- in other Words, yes, do contact Browzine about this. They could either add a similar button to the mobile app, or they could follow any of these options
    https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/exposing_metadata
to display the regular Zotero import icon for their web app.
  • Thanks--I didn't know how this worked. I'll see if I can bug Browzine about this. I work at a university, where I'm determined to get more people to use both Zotero and Browzine.
