Upgrade StorageProblems with Zotero Extension and Standalone
Can anyone help PLEASE?
I have been using Zotero standalone and the chrome extension for over a year with no problems
I recently installed it on my laptop at work and it was fine until today
I created a new folder in my library and after this point none of my articles are saving to anywhere!
The icon shows up as normal "saving (article name) to library" but doesn't appear in my standalone library.
I have tried:
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the chrome connector extension
- Signing up for an online account (which I have never had to do before)
- Switching to firefox (no help)
I can access my library online but the new articles are still not showing up there and if they do then it doesn't let me drag and drop into a new folder they only show up in my total library
I now am also unable to drag and drop PDFs to the Zotero Standalone library like I could last week
This is driving me mental, PLEASE HELP!

I've got a similar problem. I recently installed Zotero because I had a new laptop. When I try to save a reference, it is saved in "Zotero for Firefox" (which I try to uninstall but it reappears as soon as I download the standalone extension for Firefox) - but nothing appears in my library in Zotero Standalone! I tried to uninstall evrything and then to reinstall but it didn't change anything.
If anybody has any idea to solve this problem.. :-(

I changed the data directory adress, and it works ^^
