Every time I try to export, I receive a message stating an error has occurred while trying the selected file. In addition, it keeps saying Java script application. I have checked Java an notice I have the most updated application. Can you please help me?

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for an export that fails?

    (Java and JavaScript are different.)

    My debug ID is D1294823144. Can please advise me on the next step

    There's no debug output there. See the instructions again, and note that the process is different from submitting a Report ID.
