Error: APA newspaper with no author

There is an error in the APA style for the in-text citation of a newspaper with no author. The comma is in the wrong place:
It appears as ("Terror in APA," 2015)
As opposed to ("Terror in APA", 2015)

I'm not skilled enough to fix this myself so am hoping someone kind will be able to help out!

    With the APA style, the placement of punctuation depends on the locale setting. The US English locale is set to place punctuation inside quotes, so (in terms of the expected behaviour based on the settings) this is actually correct.

    That is also correct according to the APA guide. The relevant example is in section 6.15 on page 176: ("Study Finds," 2007)
