Upgrade Storagerepeated syncing error--can't find a file
I am trying to sync my zotero library on to a new computer and keep getting the same error message. It won't sync because it can't find this one link. Suggestions?
The file 'C:\Users\Kirsten\AppData\Roaming\Zotero\Zotero\Profiles\577wsu1t.default\zotero\storage\RCAXGZXG\levi longfellow, reminescences.pdf.lnk' cannot be created.
Check that the file is not currently in use, that its permissions allow write access, and that it has a valid filename.
Restarting your computer or disabling security software may also help.

dstillman Zotero TeamA Windows alias made it into your Zotero library. Paste RCAXGZXG into the Zotero search bar in All Fields & Tags mode, delete that attachment, and empty the trash.

kdelegardThanks for this! I guess I need to make this more basic because I tried putting this file name into the all fields and tags mode. I just got the "no items in view" response.
