adding document error

Hi,

I am trying to add a document to my zotero library by clicking the document icon and it doesn't seem to work.

I have the error: 1667973044

The document I am trying to add is the following URL:

http://content.onlinejacc.org/article.aspx?articleid=1143945

I have tried it on three different computers now for the same library.

Any help is deeply appreciated.

    we need a URL where that's happening. These errors are always site (and often page) specific.

    it's a problem on their site. Click on "Get Citation" at the right, and then on RIS (Zotero) -- or on "Reference Manager", this isn't anything Zotero specific -- and you'll note that the file it offers you for download is empty.

    Please report that to them. There are some other similar error reports for JAMA, so that might be related.

    If you're using Zotero for Firefox, you can right-click on the URL-bar icon and select "Save to Zotero (Embedded Metadata)" as a workaround until they fix this. That option isn't available in Chrome or Safari.
