Problems with EBSCO Zotero translator
first time i am here. not sure if this is where one posts this.if this isnt the forum please indicate where to post this.
i have tried everything in tech advise and am having problems with the EBSCO Zotero translator. it wont do it.

zotero is not translating from the URL bar when trying to collect articles from EBSCO.
i am using upto date software in firefox and zotero, add ins are all up to date.
it is not translating articles from EBSCO.

i dont have the technical competence to change ssl . . . is there a dummy's step by step to this next step?
Check the Firefox settings, but as I said, this only may be relevant. It's also possible you just hadn't restarted Firefox in a very long time.
i always use firefox so it is weird it didnt update.
