At least with the current version of MLZ (4.0.21m488, 9 February 2015) the Transform function is not working properly. The transformed version (either title or sentence case) shows the correct, updated title in the right pane, but on moving away from the record the change is not saved. It does work properly with the Short Title field, which is being updated, but not with Publication, which also shows updates that are not saved.
