Downloading PDF

I am having troubles downloading PDFs using Zotero Firefox plugin. I have the latest Firefox, Zotero, and plugin. This happens when Standalone is open as well as close. I get the red error message (X EBSCO Full Text). This is a recent issue. I used to download PDFs just fine. I tried to clean the cookies, uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, and different cites for PDFs?

Could you please help me through this issue?

    I just noticed that my Firefox setting was not allowing for cookies. After enabling this, it works fine now.

    However, it still does not download PDFs when Standalone is open. I guess this is just a problem with Zotero in general as I figured from reading some troubleshooting about this problem.
