Upgrade StorageZotero Plugin for Word crashes Word ID: 1120264787

I will be extremely grateful if my problem can be solved.
I use Windows XP and Microsoft Word 2007, and, as far as I know, I have the lastest version of Zotero and Firefox.
My problem is, that sometimes, during writing a paper and using the Zotero's plugin for Word, my computer get stuck and Word crashes down. The problem can repeat itself, even if I restart Firefox. It happens occasionally from time to time, so I can't point out anything unusual that was done during my work. May I add that the same problem happens to a friend of mine, whose Windows and Word versions are more advanced.
Is there anything can be done in order to aid the solution of the problem?
