Read/undread & Entries ranking

Hi,

Thanks a lot for Zotero and all your constant work on it!

It would be great if Zotero had the possibility
1) to mark entries as read or unread, like in e-mail;
2) to mark entries with starts or exclamation marks or something like this, so that the best ones would be visible.

You can achieve something similar using https://www.zotero.org/support/collections_and_tags#colored_tags Read/unread marking may be possible in the future.

Edit: but read/unread marking can also be achieved with color tags
