adamsmithany add-ons installed? I'd see if disabling better bibtex (if installed) makes a difference.

aurimasAnd can you produce a debug log for an attempt to import that arXiv page? It would also be great if you could describe exactly what the error is. (i.e. do you actually get an error message?)
