Red Exclamation point

So everytime I go to sync my account with the other people in my group I get a Red Exclamation point. When I click on the exclamation point I then see the message below.

The file 'C:\Users\Sherana\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\vm4bvhh2.default\zotero\storage\NGZTP9HR\index.jsonp' cannot be created.

Check that the file is not currently in use, that its permissions allow write access, and that it has a valid filename.

Restarting your computer or disabling security software may also help.

I am not sure what to do at this point, and since I am not technologically savy, I would really appreciate help. I have restarted the computer and that has not helped. I am not sure what it means to check that the file is not currently in use and that its permissions allow write access.

    Go to C:\Users\Sherana\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\vm4bvhh2.default\zotero\storage\NGZTP9HR\ and see if index.jsonp exists. If it does, try moving it to your desktop. If it doesn't exist, try creating a new text file in that directory (right-click -> New -> Text Document). If you're able to create the text document, delete it.

    At this point, try disabling your security software.

    Yeah, it's much more likely that this is due to security software. I would try disabling that before bothering with the 'storage' directory.

    That said, you can also try pasting 'NGZTP9HR' into the Zotero search bar in All Fields & Tags mode, deleting the attachment that shows up, and emptying the trash, but unless there's actually something (mildly) dangerous about that snapshot in particular, there's a good chance you'll just get an error with a different item.
