    As thus, the name of the book should not be abbreviated.

    You can turn off automatic journal abbreviations under "Set Document Preferences" in Word/LibreOffice. That should fix that issue and you wouldn't want those anyway (since they aren't correct for legal journals--they're intended for science/medical journals).
