MLZ: Add new pinpoint prefix "Article" (abbrev: "art") for international lawyers

I'm picking up on an old discussion -- http://tinyurl.com/qd5z642 -- prior to MLZ.

I think that with MLZ it makes sense to add the pinpoint prefix article (abbrev: 'art') to the dropdown pinpoint prefix field. As an international lawyer I am having lots of trouble using mlz zotero for any United Kingdom, Commonwealth, or African statutes or constitutions. Most importantly, most international instruments -- UN Treaties, for example -- use the 'art' prefix.

As MLZ goes global, it would be nice to see this issue addressed.

It's not in the pulldown menu, but if you type "art." at the start of the field, the term will override the default ("page"), and will be localized, pluralized and formatted according to the style and (remaining) field content.

(The full list of MLZ-recognized labels and their abbreviations is at page 33 of the MLZ book, "Citations, Out of the Box." http://citationstylist.org/public/mlzbook.pdf)
