Trying to sync after importing library from Endnote. I think part of the issue is that I was a member of a few groups but I want to delete the groups and those references...

  • You're using Zotero 3.0.11.1, which is ancient. We can't help you unless you upgrade to the latest version.
  • ok. duh. I restarted my computer and the sync seemed to work but I ran out of storage. So I bought more. Will download new version, restart everything and see what happens first.

Nice to know I should upgrade but where are the instructions?

I'm not sure why you're posting in this thread, but you can upgrade by just going to zotero.org, clicking on Download, and installing the latest version. Normally Zotero should update automatically and it's not necessary.

Beyond that, if you're having an issue with Zotero, please start a separate thread using the "Start a new discussion" button at the top of the page.
